We work with a mixture of nuts, dairy and eggs in our kitchen. When preparing nut-free, dairy-free and egg-free bakes, we take great efforts to ensure that there is no cross-contamination by utilising separate utensils and equipment, in addition to taking other precautions. However, as we only have one kitchen, we cannot guarantee that bakes will be completely allergen free. Therefore, persons who have severe allergies to nuts, dairy, eggs, etc. (or any other allergens) consume our bakes at their own risk.
